Upon completing a transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. We reserve the sole discretion to approve or reject any cancellation requests and may request additional details before granting approval.
Once you have received the product and/or service, a replacement, return, or refund may only be requested if the delivered product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform.
Any refund request must be submitted within three (3) days from the date of the transaction or within the time period prescribed on the Platform, provided that such period will not be less than three (3) days.
To submit a refund claim for a purchase made, you must:

- Provide a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including:
- The exact terms that have been violated
- Proof or supporting documents, if required
Whether a refund will be issued will be determined solely by us, and we may ask for further information before approving any refund request.
